I just had to laugh at this...I mean, it's not really funny-FUNNY or anything...getting busted usually elicit a tsk tsk tsk from me but this time, watching this video, I actually burst out into loud laughter. I mean, we're talking about Heather Locklear...so far so good as far as health and criminal record is concerned. No one complaining about her throwing a shoe at them, no bitch-slapping, no hair-pulling, no DUI...except for this one...she was driving DUI but not under influence of alcohol.
And the police are like....'she's on to something but we don't know what it is that she's on yet'
PUA HA HA HA HA HA!!!
And the mug shot....it's so obvious she's on to something.
I guess, it's the reporters and newscaster who made it all that much funny...and I usually don't like to have a laugh at other people's expense (I usually make it at my own expense, if possible and if it doesn't make me look like a complete jack-ass) but I wonder what Heather's gonna say when she 'wakes up'.
Medication? Hypnosis? Driving under the influence of lack of sleep? I dunno....can't wait to find out.
I have been doing this pose, part of Cosmic Dance (a type of yoga, I am assuming), called Stargazer pose without knowing it is called Stargazer's pose a lot in the past. You see, sometimes, I don't follow the rules and come up with my own stretches and poses. It is fun. I have on some music, nice, soothing music or just anything I can click on. Then I go with the flow, letting my hair down. Just moving to the music...and that is when I come up with the above Stargazer's pose. This pose really stretches your sides. Keep your eyes on the outstretched hand if you are keeping it pointed to the top, as if you are waving or connecting to a higher energy from the Universe. Your arms will ache a little but hey, toned arms, here you come! :-) For those who want a bigger stretch, it is safe to slowly and gently move the lifted hand towards your back...don't overdo it, listen to your body's complaints and respect it. You don't have to prove anything to anyone, reme
