The idea started with the boys hating green leafy vegetables. It's a running joke around the house whenever I get anything leafy or cucumber (they hate cucumber to the core. Why I don't know).
But when they go to a Korean restaurant, they eat up the banchan greens. Wtf.
So when I made these, they ate it up.
Blanced them. Add and toss with soy sauce, toasted garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame seed oil, sugar, and pepper.
Done and dusted.
P.S. Josh asked me if he can have them at the end, instead of making them leftovers. I rarely see them wrangling food, esp veg, from me. These days, I am fighting for potatoes and spinach. But I happy., 😅
