This might be a tough juncture for us but this awesome baby-of-the-family is facing some much-needed challenges. But he is gonna do fine cos he is a bit street-friendly. Kinda?  P. S. I asked for the Faker pose and he did it. Lol! LMAO!  I've also decided on the Logo Josh created for me. So, yeah.... 

This was so simple I regretted not knowing it before. Basically, it's the process of cooking down the eggplants and then covering it with your favorite sauces.  People like me like a balance of saltiness and sweetness.. and a bit of spice. In this, there was a bit of a crunch in the raw garlic.  Blanch or steam the eggplant and then toss in the sauce and you're good to go! 

Honestly, even to me who don't want to boast, this is so good. Gonna repeat this. The beef plus pork mince were marinaded and Air-Fried. But the mushroom soup was heavenly! Just add pasta or toasted bread. It's a done meal.  😍😁

The last time we ordered delivery food was 24th July. Quite a feat, actually. 😊 And we are feeling a little proud of ourselves. Not only are we saving money, Jad is learning some new cooking tricks and tips. His interest in cutting things up is slightly scary . At the store the other day, we were trying to buy a knife sharpener (because I was struggling so much with cutting meat. My knife was so blunt, I had trouble with onion, man). It was necessary because I bled so much from a cut to my pinky. Gives us a new understanding to 'blood in the water'. I am OK.  Scary . But it was a surface level injury due to over-excerssion and impatience. NEVER do that, people.  Rushing people into making Michelin Star dishes in front of CROWDS is not a good idea. That's not cooking. That's just stress + danger.  But anyway, I am not a Producer of shows.  Best Air-Fried Chicken Wings for me 😍 Basic marinade were garlic powder, onion powder, coriander powder, fennel pow...

Finally sectioned off the collection of dried seasoning I have. How? Asian, Western, and Weird. Things like five spice and ginger is out into the Asian bag while the cinnamon and cardomom is in the western bag. Makes it easier for me decide the theme for the day.  Previously had to dig through for things u need. 🙄🤔🤣

The idea started with the boys hating green leafy vegetables. It's a running joke around the house whenever I get anything leafy or cucumber (they hate cucumber to the core. Why I don't know). But when they go to a Korean restaurant, they eat up the banchan greens. Wtf.  So when I made these, they ate it up.  Blanced them. Add and toss with soy sauce, toasted garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame seed oil, sugar, and pepper. Done and dusted. P.S. Josh asked me if he can have them at the end, instead of making them leftovers. I rarely see them wrangling food, esp veg, from me. These days, I am fighting for potatoes and spinach. But I  happy., 😅
