It's September 22 again and I made a promise of sorts a couple of years ago. But instead of posting a picture, I'd posted a video instead about how an event has changed my life and the way I view things. How I've taken things for granted and how I never will again.
The funny thing is...no matter how long ago it was, how many KMs you've added to your fitbit, how many jobs you've changed, and how old your kids are now, things feel a little different.
Suffice to say, things will never be the same again.

One example would be that I care less about what people think of me. I just have to do what I think is right for me at the stage of my life based on my best (of the best of the best) judgment. I can't please everyone and I don't have to. Mouths? They're everywhere. Why should I bother what people are saying (even if it is about me) unless it is to help me improve myself or see something wrong. THAT...I welcome.
Second example....I tend to stop and look around a whole lot more. And I mean, a WHHHOOLLLLEEEE lot more! After being locked up for so long, everything is so friggin' intriguing. LOL. 🤣
Happy Saturday everyone! Enjoy your weekend!
XOXO,
Marsha
