Been some time since the boys went for a haircut so, today, it was random at one of those quick cut places that don't tolerate styling issues. They look like new people in the house right now.  Looking good. 👍 Ordered some beef stuff and marinaded it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, coriander powder, herbs, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.  Pan-, fried and it was good. But cos we are not rich, the cut I got was a little lacking in the tenderness department. Can't afford ribeye or filet mignon, you know. I've got to stock up on these tasty snacks. So delicious, man.  As for T1? They won against GenG and NS on Friday and Sun at Home Ground and I am happy. So, it was a good weekend. So, they will be back at LOL Park now and will have the first Telekom War vs KT on my birthday. Wish me well.  At least I had steak and good cake. Please don't lose. 

Guys, these are smacking good!  not perfect but delicious.  1. Boil water 2. Put some vinegar into water 3. Place eggs in 4. Cook for 6 minutes 5. Prep ice bath 6. Drop eggs into ice water for 1 to 2 minuets 7. Peel eggs 8. Marinade in soy sauce, oyster sauce, seasoning, minced garlic, onion or spring onion, sugar, and mirin and sesame oil. It depends on how you like it. 9. Place the eggs and marinade in a ziploc bad and make sure the eggs are submerged in the marinade. Place in fridge overnight.  Loads of variations on YouTube. Try it! Delicious! 

Well, T1 played like shit but here's some home cooked food ideas and our trials and tribulations. Lol stewed chicken with ginger and lemongrass stir fried carrots and long beans first time pandan chicken pumpkin. We love these, man. 😍

I've not checked in in a while. Things happened. But I am gonna spam this post with 'stuff'. First of all, I supported T1 during MSI and now, the EWC. Now here comes a spam of home-cooked food. Just random. wolfberries, ginger, Chinese rice wine  air fried sausage. So damn good.  cheap beef tendorized with pasta with Italian herbs Chinese ABC soup with leftover squid mixing of sauce for basting in air fryer Good night. 

Honestly, I didn't know to start with this review.  The last kdrama I watched was a RomCom (Live Scout) with Lee Jun Hyuk + Han Ji Min; it was a teeth-rotting sweet one and I did not expect the level of INTENSITY. I've always loved some form of fantasy. Time travel. Multiple dimensions. Space. Dragons. Super hero angles. Yeah, that's how we escape, right? This is a blend of down to earth crime thriller with a basic level of fantasy. The acting? Top chops. If only Nam Ji Hyun can tone down her cuteness, might work. Lol. Don't get me wrong, I love her.  But a smart imaginative female lead with a cute face and voice, it can change dynamics. Especially when everyone around her is intensely good. 🤣 It's not her. It's the genre change. But she held up really good towards the end. 👌

Cooking is the kind of daily routine that you do to feed family and friends. But there are people who do it because it's so fun. Yeah, sure, it can be disastrous, but it can also be awesome. Being a person who hates routine, I tend to research a lot, collect recipes, experiment, and try them out to see the reaction from the people I feed.  It's the kind of joy only people who love to spread joy to the people around them. I know there are people who simply cook or make simple stuff for the sake of survival...and that's perfectly fine. Nobody should judge anyone in these circumstances. And there are so many different ways to cook too! So exciting.  Just like marketing, writing, and singing...things right up my alley.  Bottom line is this - mopping the floor every weekend and ironing clothes is the most painful things for me. We've always kind of known that our devices, or more specifically, some parties, are always listening to what we're saying. That's why we will never turn our home into one of those 'smart homes'. Never . My boys would move out the moment the home is 'smart'. LOL. So would I, actually....  Anyway, my devices are pretty open to everything, though, because it's my job to listen. And in order to do that, I have to be open to be listened to as well.  Because, unlike others who can navigate their way around town without their GPS on, I will die. I have this rare spatial perception disease where I don't know where I am after I make a left turn. There's nothing wrong with encouraging smart students to perform to the best of their abilities in schools but, this show highlights the worst that can come out such mentality.   They have something like  Star Student Parents' Secret Association ;  Star Celebrity Teachers  who are command an insane number of fans amongst students and parents; unreasonable expectations from parents; stressful situations kids and parents have to go through just to excel in school.  These are just the kinds of things I am absolutely against.  When it comes to academics, I've never once forced my kids to do anything that is not of interest to them or outside of the...

I wasn't going to watch this despite being a Song Joong Ki fan because it looks like some heavy stuff was gong to roll out and I wasn't really in the mood for those kind of heavy mind-bending, scandalous, family-scheming storyline.  But whoever came up with this idea must be a genius. The plot is simple enough - a loyal employee of a large conglomerate is framed for money laundering and was murdered. But he is reborn as the youngest son of the scorned born-out-of-wedlock and least powerful line-up of sons in the family that killed him. He started the new life as an all-knowing, too-smart-for-his-own-good young man who knew more than his peers.
