I just read that just as Britney Spears is preparing to be released from the psychiatric ward she has been housed in, papers were signed to hold her in for a longer period of time. To add to the injury, her dad, Jamie Spears, just got the courts to approve his assignment as co-conservators. I don't know about you but I am kinda torn about this news.
I think Britney could be suffering from Bipolar Disorder but this does not make her incapable of handling her own finances. I think people should just deal with her health and mental state instead of digging into her accounts. She has worked very hard for her money and it's painful to have everyone come in and tell her she cannot spend it the way she wants it.
And as for daddy Spears....Gawd, I'd hate to think that he was a blood-sucking idiot trying to take control of his daughter's finances when she's at her worst. But then again, I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I mean, as a parent, I know how painful it could be to watch your own child spiral downwards the way Britney is. Out of desperation, he could be doing this forcibly because it's out of 'love' despite his daughter's outright 'hatred' towards him.
I have been doing this pose, part of Cosmic Dance (a type of yoga, I am assuming), called Stargazer pose without knowing it is called Stargazer's pose a lot in the past. You see, sometimes, I don't follow the rules and come up with my own stretches and poses. It is fun. I have on some music, nice, soothing music or just anything I can click on. Then I go with the flow, letting my hair down. Just moving to the music...and that is when I come up with the above Stargazer's pose. This pose really stretches your sides. Keep your eyes on the outstretched hand if you are keeping it pointed to the top, as if you are waving or connecting to a higher energy from the Universe. Your arms will ache a little but hey, toned arms, here you come! :-) For those who want a bigger stretch, it is safe to slowly and gently move the lifted hand towards your back...don't overdo it, listen to your body's complaints and respect it. You don't have to prove anything to anyone, reme...

I would like to think that her dad cares. Sometimes one has to be cruel to be kind but then again, who knows, right?
